Job Summary:

Talent 360 ME is seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of sales methodologies.

Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that drive value for the customer and revenue for the company.
  2. Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  4. Negotiate terms and close deals, accurately forecasting sales pipeline and revenue.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a strong background in sales and marketing.
  2. 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with decision-makers.
  4. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
