Sales and Partnership Development Executive

The Strategic Partnership Developer is a vital role within our business development team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new merchants, drive revenue growth, and enhance the overall success of our gift card solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merchant Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring a seamless integration with our platform.
- Partnership Development: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at merchant organizations to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats that can impact our business.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, alignment, and execution of business objectives.
- Performance Measurement: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our merchant acquisition efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, increase revenue, and expand our merchant base.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in business development, merchant acquisition sales, and partnerships.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth through successful partnerships.
- Skill Set:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong analytical skills, good in Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Relationship management skills.
