We are seeking a seasoned Telesales Agent to join our team at Bayut | dubizzle. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets;
  • Fostering strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and upsell opportunities;
  • Understanding customer needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions;
  • Accurately recording and processing details of customer interactions in the CRM system;
  • Directing prospects to the field sales team when necessary;
  • Meeting monthly sales targets and KPIs;
  • Ensuring timely payment collection from customers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related fields;
  • (1-2) years of Telesales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas over the phone;
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic (verbal and written);
  • Good knowledge of the Real Estate industry;
  • Basic knowledge and working experience of call centre systems and solutions;
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications;
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills;
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and negotiation skills;
  • Cool-tempered and able to successfully counter rebuttals to close sales.
