Sales Director Job Description

Job Profile: The Sales Director is a critical role within the Al Basel Group, responsible for leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets. This individual must have a deep understanding of the sales process and be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  2. Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
  3. Build and maintain key customer relationships through regular communication and relationship-building activities.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Prepare sales forecasts and reports to inform business decisions.
  6. Cross-functional collaboration with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and maximize revenue growth.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in sales leadership with a track record of success.
  2. Strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  4. Results-driven individual with strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate the sales team.
