We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Expert to join our team at Arab National Bank in the KSA region. In this key role, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding quarterly sales targets while driving revenue growth and maximizing gross margin.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with company objectives and meets customer needs.
  • Pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.

Customer Relationships:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and solution delivery.
  • Provide ongoing technical and sales support to customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Share market insights and recommendations with the team to drive business growth.

Key Skills:

• Strong sales and business development expertise with a proven track record of success.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.

• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in KSA, preferably in a similar industry.

• Strong understanding of KSA market dynamics and customer needs.
