Sales and Business Development Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team at Arab National Bank. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business in the commercial laundry sector, including hotels, hospitals, and laundries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing clients by providing technical support and customized laundry solutions.
- Promote and sell liquid detergents and hygiene products to achieve sales targets.
- Provide on-site technical assistance for washing machine programming and set up optimized washing programs according to linen types and specific customer needs.
- Offer expert advice on the correct dosing of chemicals and best practices to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor product performance and provide training to client staff as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure proper documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and technical service reports.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support to guarantee customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Represent the company in public events, product launches, demonstrations, and product trials, ensuring professional communication and product knowledge.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require a diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience in Laundry & Hygiene, specializing in selling liquid detergents to commercial laundries, hotels, and hospitals. You must possess strong knowledge of washing machine programming and laundry processes, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Laundry & Hygiene.
- Strong knowledge of washing machine programming and laundry processes.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to perform professional in-service training for customer's end users on systems application.
