Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive excellence across our post company setup operations, delivering a world-class experience for HR, PRO & GRO clients. The successful candidate will oversee HR, GRO, and PRO services, including license renewals, work permits, Saudization, payroll, and compliance with governmental regulations.

  • Master and regularly use governmental portals (QIWA, GOSI, Mudad, MISA, MC, etc.) to ensure regulatory compliance and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities and external partners to facilitate smooth service delivery.
  • Ensure all client data and documentation is accurately captured and maintained in internal systems.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their HR, GRO, and PRO needs are met with excellence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing proactive advisory support, helping clients navigate regulatory requirements and optimize their operations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Managing end-to-end client engagement, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring satisfaction and gathering testimonials and referrals.
  • Handling escalations from junior team members, offering guidance and coaching to resolve complex issues efficiently.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Operations, or Customer Success in a KPI-driven environment in Saudi Arabia.
  • Background in HR, GRO, PRO, Company Setup, or Corporate Services is highly desirable.
  • Fully fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong ability to manage client accounts independently, with a solutions-driven mindset.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with exceptional organizational and task management skills.
