The Junior Manager will be responsible for supporting the development of strategic initiatives, contributing to operationalizing our projects, and engaging with external investors and stakeholders to advance our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align strategies and achieve shared objectives.
  • Assist in the analysis and implementation of partnership frameworks to operationalize developments.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in real estate and heritage sectors.
  • Apply structured problem-solving skills to address challenges, communicate solutions effectively, and present findings using data visualization tools.
Qualification, Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in international real estate development, investment solicitation, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
