This exciting opportunity involves driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry leaders. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and lead initiatives that align with Nokhc's vision for expansion in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the Saudi market, leveraging your expertise and network to drive growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry leaders to secure high-value deals.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare tailored proposals and presentations to showcase your skills and convince clients of your value proposition.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive long-term business growth, collaborating closely with internal teams.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in consulting, recruitment, or a related industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proven ability to create and execute growth strategies, including market analysis and competitor research.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
  • Network: Established network within Saudi Arabia's business and industrial sectors is a plus.
