Job Summary

The Distribution Sales Manager will play a key role in driving sales growth through a broad channel and distribution network, including distributors, resellers, and strategic partners. This position requires effective relationship management, channel strategy development, and sales program implementation to expand market presence and increase revenue.

About the Role
  • Channel Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive channel/distribution sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Partner Recruitment and Onboarding: Build and develop existing partners, ensuring they meet performance and market potential criteria. Oversee onboarding processes for new partners, providing training on product offerings, pricing structures, and sales processes.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with channel partners, acting as the primary point of contact for sales, support, and business development needs.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Own and manage targets with broad channel partners, tracking and analyzing channel sales performance through key metrics such as revenue, market penetration, and sales growth.
