Job Description

Stryker Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team as a Regional Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, promoting, and selling our portfolio of medical devices in the Western region of Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or business development, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth. You will be an excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Your ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously will also be essential.

The Key Responsibilities of this role include:
  1. Achieving and exceeding sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key customers, and negotiating agreements.
  2. Developing and executing territory sales plans to ensure maximum coverage of the market and meet sales goals.
  3. Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
  4. Collaborating with internal teams to share knowledge, best practices, and insights on the market and competition.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, medical, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in medical device sales or clinical support.
  • Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product demonstration skills.
  • Valid KSA driving license.
