Role Description:
Talent 360 ME is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of sales methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts and prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.
- Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Negotiate terms and close deals, accurately forecasting sales pipeline and revenue.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in sales and marketing principles.
- 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with decision-makers.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
