Singapore Vendor Partnership Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Associate Vendor Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore. As a key player in our Retail Vendor Recruitment organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the recruitment and onboarding of new vendors.
With your expertise in account management, project or program management, or buying experience, you will help shape the future of Amazon Retail in Singapore by building strong relationships with vendors and driving innovation in our marketplace.
Key Responsibilities- Vendor Identification and Recruitment: Identify, prospect, and recruit new vendors, analyzing their potential for Amazon's marketplaces and leading first steps in partnership development.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance vendor onboarding experiences, leveraging your analytical skills to drive business growth.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve recruiting and onboarding processes, addressing technical blockers and identifying opportunities for technical improvements.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct analyses to understand vendor performance and identify areas for improvement, reporting findings to drive informed business decisions.
