Key Responsibilities:- Identify and prioritize key opportunities for sales prospects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through sales meetings, phone calls, and issue resolution.
- Grow opportunities to ensure growth attainment within assigned territory.
- Use consultative selling methods to understand customers' needs and meet them with relevant offers.
- Sell through partner organizations to end-users in coordination with partner sales resources.
- Follow regional and country sales strategies, applying innovative methods to meet individual and collective sales targets.
- Liaise with sales and supporting functions to ensure required support for technical questions, sales demos, and evaluations.
- Attend sales team meetings and share information about sales opportunities, customer needs, and market research results.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and conduct demos and objection handling.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate tenders, and contracts.
- Manage and develop assigned request for orders in accordance with dormakaba pricing standards.
- Provide presales technical assistance for ELV products, especially access control.
- Regularly report customer visits, sales pipelines, and sales deal status to immediate managers.
- Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly sales reports with line managers.
- Pass on customer feedback to product management when relevant.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer, Mechatronic, or Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in ELV product sales.
- Excellent command of English; Arabic language is an added advantage.
- Experience in project/solution selling in the building industry.
- Proven track record in delivering sales results in a competitive environment.
- A dynamic person able to travel frequently across the Kingdom.
- Customer service mindset and excellent track record of embracing company values.
- Good knowledge of IT and computer systems.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent key account management skills.
- Team-player with the ability to work with limited supervision.
- Excellent rapport builder with strong interpersonal skills.
