Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish trust with major clients through exceptional service and relationship-building.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop targeted solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Drive sales growth by continuously identifying new opportunities and upselling/cross-selling products and services.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

Essential Skills:

  • 2-3 years' experience in sales or marketing domain.
  • Proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
