Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and meet client needs
New Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the creative, marketing, and advertising sectors
  • Research and approach potential clients, partners, and brands that align with the agency's services
  • Develop outreach strategies and manage client engagement from prospecting to conversion
Strategic Partnerships
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in industries such as entertainment, media, fashion, and technology
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for client needs
  • Negotiate and close deals that drive long-term business growth
Sales and Marketing
  • Create compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to win new business
  • Work closely with the creative team to align sales strategies with agency capabilities
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine business development strategies
