Sales Manager Leader

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.p.A. in Saudi Arabia/Riyadh.
About the Role:
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and providing an exceptional customer experience. Your primary focus will be on supporting the Store Manager in achieving business objectives, including sales development, staff management, and operational activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets while delivering a personalized customer service experience.
- Support the Store Manager in preparing and executing the Morning Briefing, translating store KPIs into action plans for the team.
- Mentor the sales floor team to optimize productivity and enhance individual performance.
- Provide accurate staff schedules by analyzing traffic trends to ensure adequate floor coverage.
- Collaborate with local Marketing and CRM teams to develop clientelling initiatives generating new and reactivating lapsed clients.
- Implement and supervise the execution of the Selling Flow.
- Create a welcoming and friendly store environment aligned with our casual luxury brand, developing storytelling capabilities within the team.
- Personalize client outreach aligned with personal interests, lifestyle, etc.
- Monitor CRM/Marketing KPIs and reporting, capturing meaningful customer data for building relationships.
- Communicate Company priorities and goals, nurturing a positive internal environment.
- Embrace change, inspire others to do the same, and maintain high performance standards.
- Foster employee growth through regular feedback (daily/weekly/monthly), training program deployment, and identifying training needs.
- Motivate the team by maintaining high performance standards, informing the Store Manager and HR about employee issues.
- Work with the Store Manager to provide effective product feedback, keeping up-to-date on stock situation, consolidation, and transfers.
- Ensure VM guidelines implementation, collaborating with the Store Manager and VM, to maintain interior and exterior image.
- Adhere to Company guidelines in terms of store experience (team grooming, music, video, food and beverage, etc.) and store maintenance.
- Support the Store Manager in planning team attendance to product trainings and achieving training goals.
- Educate the team on guidelines, policies, and procedures, informing the Store Manager of any non-compliant aspects.
- Sponsor, execute, and supervise the adoption of the Zegna Code of Ethics.
- Supervise logistic procedures and stock management.
- In collaboration with the Store Manager, ensure H&S regulations adoption and team attendance on H&S specific training courses.
- Utilize digital services to increase business opportunities and virtual sales, enhancing customer service.
