* Onboarding and Offboarding:

1. Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including communication, welcome emails, and preparation of joining formalities.
2. Manage the offboarding process, including final exit issuance, final settlement, and air travel arrangements.
3. Initiate and follow up on clearance processes for offboarding employees.
4. Create new file numbers and announce new employees to their departments.
5. Conduct onboarding surveys to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
* Third Party Services:

1. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
2. Enhance efficiency in vendor management.
3. Monitor budgets related to third-party services.
4. Track contract performance, expiration dates, and facilitate renewals.
5. Participate in contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and compliance with legal requirements.
6. Reconcile accounts for third-party companies and recruitment agencies.
7. Process and follow up on day-to-day activities of third-party employees, including exit re-entry, official letters, and monthly salary transfers.
* Banking:

1. Ensure timely payment of agencies' invoices, including creation of PR/PO/SES.
2. Open and update bank accounts for non-staff employees (Salary Card).
3. Follow up on employees with cash salaries status in SAP.
4. Issue personal loan letters.
5. Send letters to the bank for terminated employees with outstanding loans.
* Visa Services:

1. Prioritize efficiency in processing visa applications.
2. Assist applicants in completing visa applications accurately and efficiently.
3. Guide applicants through the complexities of visa requirements and applications.
4. Collaborate with the visa company to expedite the process.
