Job Summary:

Lucy Switchgear Arabia seeks a highly motivated Key Account Engineer to join its team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and contribute to the company's success.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for managing overall sales activities, developing business plans, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services. You will work closely with existing and new accounts, identifying new market opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Managing SEC account sales performance, meeting SIOP targets.
  2. Creating and implementing business plans for existing and new accounts, aligned with the company's 5-year Master Transformation Plan.
  3. Leading Key Account Management, ensuring timely delivery, after-sales orders, on-time payments, and minimal pending cases with the technical department.
  4. Identifying and developing new markets for Lucy products and services, forecasting quarterly and annual profits within the SEC account.
  5. Developing and managing relationships with existing contacts in SEC, contributing to account management.
  6. Providing marketing support, assisting in selecting suitable marketing tools to develop business with SEC.
  7. Managing administrative office staff to enable focus on sales and business development for SEC.
  8. Recommending product lines, identifying new product opportunities, surveying SEC needs and trends, and tracking competitors.
  9. Contributing to the direction of the business as a member of the Sales team of Lucy Switchgear Arabia.

A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and strong business acumen. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in strategic sales and business development.
