    • Build and maintain relationships with media agencies, PR firms, and key stakeholders.
    • Oversee public relations efforts to ensure positive brand positioning.
    • Manage cross-promotional partnerships with banks, airlines, and other entities to increase footfall.
    • Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring high performance and motivation.
    • Oversee recruitment, training, and career development for marketing personnel.

You will need to have:

  • Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or Communications.
  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing within the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry.
  • 2-3 years of managerial experience, leading marketing functions.
  • Strong brand management, digital marketing, and media planning skills.
  • Experience in budgeting, campaign execution, and promotional planning.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, customer insights, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
