About the JobThe Alliance and Channel Team seeks a Senior Distribution Channel Account Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This quota-carrying role is responsible for building and maintaining productive relationships with Distribution Partners to achieve sales targets.
- Proactively manage distributor relationships, facilitating successful outcomes aligned to our common vision and strategy.
- Develop plans with distributors to recruit local channel partners, providing business coaching to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with SAS teams to create initiatives recruiting and enabling partners, generating pipeline, and prioritizing customer success.
Responsibilities:
- Set distributor strategy, territory planning, Go-to-Market plans; resource/invest plan and revenue forecasting.
- Manage distributor performance to plan and trends, capable of articulating our strategy and driving initiatives.
- Responsible for quarterly business updates at senior levels, working closely with Client Sales, Finance, and Legal.
- Develop key relationships with distributor organizations and partner community, ensuring executive mappings are in place.
- Become an integral part of the distributor team to create new revenue streams, establish loyalty, and overall satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Distribution Channel Account Management, gained over 8-10 years in Indirect Sales or Sales.
- Thorough understanding of all channel distribution sales and partner business models, skilled at recruiting, enabling, and managing high-performance partners.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory, ability to travel as per business demand.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or other relevant disciplines or equivalent experience.
