Job Description
">As a Sales Manager at SupportFinity™, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of Sales Consultants/Supervisors while consistently training and developing them. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a sales team and providing leadership, training, and coaching on sales techniques, product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Planning and directing sales team training on CRM software.
- Developing a sales strategy to achieve organisational sales goals and revenues.
- Setting individual and monthly sales targets for the sales teams (new and existing business).
- Achieving monthly sales targets by delivering sales from both personal and group accounts.
- Generating leads and prospects to meet quarterly sales production review parameters.
- Responsible for recruiting, developing, and training new sales agents.
- Tracking, collating, and interpreting sales figures and reporting.
- Ensuring members of the sales team have necessary resources to perform effectively.
- Monitoring budgets and tracking progress.
- Monitoring team performance and motivating them to achieve team and individual targets.
- Tracking and maintaining records of team sales, payments, and account reviews.
- Sourcing feedback to marketing, operations, and tech teams for enhancing product effectiveness, client issues, and concerns.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research and channelising it internally for effective measures and follow-ups.
- Verification of agency data/numbers in respective areas to analyse growth opportunities and determine recruiting needs.
- Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base through effective team management and allocating new agencies to the existing team.
- Keeping track of agency pools and verifying agency data in their area.
- Performing regular field visits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of sales experience in sales, trade marketing, route-to-market understanding, and 3 years in managing a sales team.
- Valid KSA license required.
- Strong knowledge of the local market.
- Strong knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management skills.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a strong ability to influence and interact at all levels using written and verbal communication.
