We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Jeddah. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a business strategy plan to increase market share, revenue, and territorial expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to improve their results and increase loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive.
- Prepare daily field plans to achieve minimum daily visits and meet revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating proposals.
- Stay informed about client business segments and solutions proposed by the competition.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve set targets and goals.
- Ability to meet revenue targets and assigned tasks.
- Aptitude in networking and building relationships.
- Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
- Experience and competence with CRM applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with C-level executives of clients.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field. MBA is preferable. Four to five years of previous work experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, and B2B Sales at a supervisory level, preferably in a services offering company.
