Role Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. As an Admin & PRO Executive at Intertec Systems, you will be responsible for managing office locations, coordinating daily tasks, and handling labor/immigration-related tasks.

You will work closely with our headquarters team to ensure that all local requirements are met, and you will be responsible for visiting banks to submit or collect documents. Additionally, you will manage medical and other insurance administration, support the recruitment and onboarding process, and coordinate with vendors/customers for delivery services.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing new/renewal visa applications and other labor matters, and coordinating with the ministry/authorities for technical support or clarification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office location and carry out day-to-day office administration tasks
  • Purchase office stationery and equipment as required
  • Responsible for office maintenance and coordination with the landlord
  • Coordinate with HQ team for any local requirements
  • Visit bank and submit/collect/request documents
  • Medical and other insurance administration
  • Support in recruitment and onboarding of employees; coordinate with respective departments for staff requirements
  • Coordinate with vendors/customers for order processing and manage local deliveries
  • Manage new/renewal visa applications and other labor matters
  • Coordinate with ministry/authorities for any technical support or clarification
