- Account Management: Oversee the entire account lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support and renewal.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly review client performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise their advertising efforts.
- Client Support: Address any client issues or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets by expanding business within existing accounts and securing new client engagements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably within the classified advertising or digital marketing industry.
- Skills: Excellent command of English & Arabic (verbal & written), proficiency in call management software, CRM systems and sales management software, excellent knowledge of property markets, and strong analytical skills.
