Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are fully satisfied with our classified advertising services.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to grow classified ad revenue.
  • Account Management: Oversee the entire account lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support and renewal.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly review client performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise their advertising efforts.
  • Client Support: Address any client issues or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets by expanding business within existing accounts and securing new client engagements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably within the classified advertising or digital marketing industry.
  • Skills: Excellent command of English & Arabic (verbal & written), proficiency in call management software, CRM systems and sales management software, excellent knowledge of property markets, and strong analytical skills.
