In this Commercial Partnership Officer role at BuildMate™, you will focus on acquiring new clients and building strong relationships with them. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our platform solutions to contractors, building materials suppliers, heavy equipment materials suppliers, and other potential construction sectors. To achieve this, you will need to effectively search for and acquire new clients, meet with contractors, building materials suppliers, and heavy equipment materials suppliers, promote our solutions to win new business, and continuously contact clients for appointments and presentations.

You will also conduct business conversations with client owners and decision-makers, maximize sales opportunities, coordinate with the sales coordinator to develop qualified leads, maintain accurate sales records using CRM, categorize work schedule by target zone, create detailed sales plans, hold coordination meetings with clients, upload materials and product listings, understand client challenges to identify opportunities, manage entire sales cycles, build and maintain sales pipelines in CRM, provide accurate sales information for forecasting, meet or exceed sales targets, research prospects' products, competition, and business requirements, provide timely responses and exceptional service, create proposals, presentations, and contracts, stay updated on industry developments, share best practices and resources, and develop project roadmaps.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Communications, or related field, and possess excellent Arabic written/oral skills, good English skills, full knowledge of the construction equipment industry, minimum 3-5 years B2B sales and marketing experience, track record of meeting targets, valid Saudi driving license, valid transferable residency and work permission, ability to close deals, excellent listening, negotiating, influencing, and closing skills, analyze and interpret information quickly, passionate, confident, tenacious, personable, self-motivated, disciplined, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, quick-thinking, adaptable, well-presented, able to perform under pressure, willing to work outside normal hours, and technical proficiency.
