We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager (Groups) to join our team at Raffles Hotels & Resorts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing group sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance our market position in the hospitality industry.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement effective group sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize room rates
  • Collaborate with management to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our hotel's offerings
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of success in group sales and account management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Experience with luxury hotel brands is highly preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong command of English
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically to maximize group potential
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and motivate others to achieve goals
  • Knowledge of the local Jeddah market and cultural norms is advantageous
  • Flexibility to attend industry events and travel as required
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
