We need a culinary superstar to
win customers and convert them to our plant-based portfolio of Butters, creams, cheeses, and spreads.


We're looking for someone with experience cooking professionally - this doesn't necessarily mean fancy Michelin, but we are looking for high-level culinary skills.

You'll bring the skills, creativity, and knowledge of food that can inspire and educate our team and our customers. You'll earn their trust because of this extensive and valuable experience.

You have to be able to travel within the Kingdom and be externally focused every day of the week.


This is a role for someone with passion not only for being in the kitchen but also for communicating culinary knowledge.

You'll be just as comfortable leading a workshop with professional chefs - as you are leading a product demonstration to a retail buying team - or a training session with our team.


So what does it take to be successful in this role?

Customer Engagement and Education: Engage with customers daily, promoting Upfield's plant-based products and educating them on their benefits.

Market Outreach and Training: Travel across Saudi Arabia to educate distributors, sales teams, and customers about plant-based food options.

Menu Design and Implementation: Create tailored menus for key accounts and oversee their timely implementation as per management directives.

Culinary Expertise and Support: Serve as the culinary and technical expert, supporting customer development teams, conducting culinary showcases, and providing technical assistance.

Content Creation and Innovation Involvement: Contribute to advertising efforts through culinary content creation, including social media appearances, and actively participate in innovation projects within the MENA region.
