Role Description
Support the business objectives by defining and implementing the company's commercial strategy for the traditional trade channel. The strategy shall result in sustainable profitable growth and market share gain in traditional trade sales channel. The Traditional Trade Sales Manager will be leading the sales force dedicated to the traditional trade channel to achieve the sales, distribution and visibility targets of company portfolio while enhancing the, go to market" approach, developing relations with key customers, Manage Traditional Trade (TT) channel and leading the team in accordance with sales plans to achieve/exceed objectives in terms of revenue, market share and market penetration

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products
  • Reaching the targets and goals, overall and by area
  • Establishing, maintaining, and expanding customer base
  • Servicing the needs of existing customers
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole
  • Recruiting and training sales staff
  • Allocating areas to sales representatives
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
  • Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures
  • Collecting customer feedback and conducting market research
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • Conduct a daily morning meeting to follow up team productivity, distribution, and sales coverage.
  • Follow up on company innovations (New trade programs, new launches, POS Materials, activities, etc...)
- preparation of the administrative structure of the sector.

  • Achieve the priorities of the company.

Qualifications

  • Trade Sales and Sales skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Sales Management and Business Development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding abilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitors
  • Experience in the FMCG industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • KSA Driving License
