To implement and execute Account Business Plans, activities, promotions and deliver/ exceed the planned volume, revenue and profit targets for assigned customers.
His primary objective is to drive volume, profitability, & share across the Organized Trade channel for the region.
Roll out of PI AOP business initiatives for Global & Regional Accounts.
Executing the sales plan for assign customers and achieve the sales volume, market share, market execution and customer service objectives through effective leadership and maximum utilization of the Regional sales teams and ensuring successful achievement of sales AOP and to safeguard & develop the company image in the market place.
Responsibilities:
- Implement the annual action plan to achieve target.
- Manage OT accounts within:
Product locations and exposure.
Execution of all promotional activities.
- Maintain equipment orders, shipment, and delivery to customers.
- Coordinate and execute mega events in major OT accounts within designated region.
- Manage and execute product promotions within given time as per strategic OT plan.
- Conduct market visits to ensure proper execution and implementation.
- Respond to market change and implement changes accordingly.
- Insure consistent expansion in designated region according to AOP;
Assign OT staff according to expansion needs.
Set and approve training need as per event.
- Indulge in the selection process during recruitment events.
- Maintain Saudization percentage within hired OT staff.
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities in market from sales management point of view.
- Supervise and develop his team to fulfil business requirement.
- Maintain annual operating plan (AOP) in OT within assign region.
- Prepare monthly brief to OT Field Team which contains all details related to the Confirmed Activities with Customers (items, quantity, displays, prices, POSM, mechanics, etc...).
- Execute CDA's with customer on time and as per AOP and Financial Guidelines.
- Agree with Customers for listing all new SKU's in Customers systems on time & as per CDA term.
- Make sure GTM (Merch. Freq.) & Service Level (PO Freq.) is properly followed as per agreed Strategy by Store
- Make sure the Account Plan is being implemented in Full & in Time.
- Deliver Volume, revenue, net revenue per/Kg, spends and gross profit as agreed.
- Execute the agreed POP/ sales driver initiatives and targets.
- Execute the Activity Calendar.
- Forecasting to the agreed standard.
- Proactively report performance status versus objectives to track business performance.
- Regular Visits to the Stores as per agreed schedule.
- Motivate the field sale force to ensure appropriate local activity is delivered within the allocated accounts.
- Lead any reconciliations problems at Customer Head Office level if required.
- Update Score Cards at regular and consistent basis.
- Undertake store checks alongside account visits to ensure Execution 100% implemented as per CDA & Plans.
- Own and deliver excellent people processes for direct reports
Specifically:
- SMART Objectives at annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
- An annual appraisal based on the objectives.
