Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Investment Manager to steer the financial evolution of a prestigious educational institution in Riyadh.

As the Investment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the institution's financial strategy and portfolio management practices. Your leadership will guide the institution in making strategic investment decisions that align with its mission and vision.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive investment plan aligned with the institution's goals and objectives.
  • Select appropriate financial assets for investments based on market analysis and forecasts.
  • Implement and manage the investment portfolio, monitoring performance and potential risks.
  • Conduct continuous analyses of financial markets and competing companies to identify investment opportunities and assess risks.
  • Make informed decisions about buying and selling financial assets based on technical and fundamental analysis and the institution's needs.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial and accounting legislation and regulations in the financial market.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities in fluctuating financial markets.
  • Provide expert advice to the CSO, CEO, and Board of Directors on investment policies and strategies to enhance the company's value to shareholders.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with investment institutions, stock brokers, financial analysts, and other financial market individuals and institutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree or CFA is a plus).
  • Previous experience in financial investments and portfolio management, preferably in the educational sector or similar sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the educational industry and its challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed investment decisions based on financial data and market forecasts.
  • Effective communication and reporting skills to engage with executive management teams and investors.
  • Ability to navigate complex financial markets and apply strategies to control risks and achieve returns.
  • Experience in managing relationships with Boards of Directors and shareholders, providing effective advice based on investment insights.
