As the CRM Manager at Sweater, you will improve customer experience and increase customer retention by developing and implementing relationship strategies.
**What you'll do**:
- Design and execute CRM campaigns to target customer segments and improve engagement.
- Develop and manage customer lifecycle programs to increase loyalty and retention.
- Analyze customer data for trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a seamless customer experience across channels.
- Implement feedback mechanisms and monitor customer satisfaction levels.
- Continuously optimize CRM processes and technologies for efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:
**What we're looking for**:
- Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role.
- At least 4 years of experience in CRM is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience at a growth stage startup.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
- Experience in the tech or app-based industry is a plus.
- Experience in managing a team is preferred.
