We design each Stella with the modern traveler in mind, and believe that a home should be an artful combination of places seen, people met and stories formed along the way. Stella Stays was launched in 2019 and now has a portfolio of hundreds of properties across MENA and North America.

We are expanding globally and to support our exponential growth, we’re looking for a Sales Specialist. The **Sales Specialist** is responsible for growing Stella Stays’ top-line revenue in the city by proactively targeting consumers, corporations and city-specific organizations, negotiating rates, signing contracts, and converting business. This accomplished seller will play a key role in building openings by creating and executing pre-opening sales plans. This position will leverage established relationships and utilize best practices to open doors to new partnerships. The Sales Specialist will prospect, manage, maintain, and close accounts in order to significantly grow Stella Stays’ share within the travel segment.

**At Stella Stays, you will**:

- Act as a primary member of the Sales team in the office & in the field.
- Represent Stella Stays, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
- Act as the main point of contact in the country for our Central Business Team - Most consistently in communication with the City Lead and Sales Manager.
- Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight to the needs and lifestyle of the client.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity OKRs.
- Generate leads and commit to customer service by building relationships.
- Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
- Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research.
- Develop a sales strategy that attracts B2B client bookings.
- Value selling while creating a sales life cycle process to keep the pipeline robust.
- Travel to multiple Stella properties throughout the local market, as required.
**We’re looking for someone who is**:

- Must be able to work flexible hours, nights and weekends required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills put to use in a very fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of hospitality reservations, systems, rate quoting, and distribution processes.
- Proven experience creating new efficient & effective Sales processes in a complex environment.
- Solid financial acumen; understands how the team’s goals support the organization’s financial goals.
- Proven track record of attaining key sales targets.
- An excellent team player with a great attitude. You’re organized, hard working, detail oriented, and energetic. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
