We have an opportunity for a Sales Director to join our Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies team in Dhahran, KSA.
**Sales Director **Responsibilities**
- Manage a team of CSO Sales & Services across the Middle East region (across Saudi and Bahrain)
- Acquainted with Up, Mid and Downstream Industries in Saudi
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with executives and key decision makers from the customer side (both in Private sector and Government sector)
- Personal engagement with clients in the region to influence decision makers and sell UOP processes, products, services and solutions. Set UOP as the preferred technology partner to clients in the region
- Personal engagement in promoting, negotiating and closing deals
- Work closely with Service Leader to resolve disputes with customers
- Meet or exceed the annual LS&T revenue and direct margin targets of the Middle East Region. (Saudi and Bahrain)
- Manage the 18 month forecast in SFDC, work with Credit & Collections to maintain past dues in line with Company targets
- Roll the individual account plans up into a regional strategy for Middle East in conjunction with the ME Marketing Manager.
- Drive cadence with CSO to move opportunities through the LS&T pipeline.
- Development of Sales Account plans for key (Saudi and Bahrain) customers.
- Support Individual's Growth Objective plan by driving the LS&T process through the usage of SFDC.
- Work cohesively with UP&T leaders in the region.
- Strong engagement with Business to prioritize projects and set sales strategy
- Strategize with LS&T Business team on a regular basis to obtain the support required for the region to meets it's financial objectives.
- Develop a comprehensive STRAP for your accounts and execute the plan accordingly to meet set targets.
- Work closely with other SBU and LOB to create new collaborative opportunities with higher value.
