**Purpose of the Job**

Responsible for achieving revenue growth in Freight Services through the development and acquisition of new businesses, this focuses on the process of finding new business prospects and new markets

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying new potential markets for selling products, developing new profit and revenue streams, and developing lists of potential prospects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Align with the Freight product Manager on the market leads, pipeline strength and budget needed
- Align with the Freight product Manager on available opportunities and prepare quotation to ensure maximum competitiveness and profitability
- Ensure best sales practices to meet customer needs and expectations and capitalize on growth
- Enhance customer loyalty by delivering customized, tailored solutions
- Regularly reviewing pipeline leads and targets to ensure coming up with plans to help achieve and exceed targets set
- Collect required customer information and documents to ensure proper customer onboarding and efficient operational handover
- Ensure customers information is up-to-date by utilizing CRM tools

**Job Requirements (Experience and education)**
- Bachelor’s degree in business or any other related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- At least 2-4 years sales experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding sales
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Strong customer focus and analytical skills
