**Responsibilities**:
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hire, transfers, promotions, and terminations
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and performing reference checks (for positions across the company in different locations)
- Ensuring that the balances of annual and sick leaves are up to date.
- Following up employee’s annual, sick leaves, bereavement and maternity leave to make sure all supporting documents are submitted.
- Creating the official letters such (employment proofs, experience letters ) and any other documents requested
- Issuing salary certificates (in Arabic)
- Preparing and updating disciplinary sheet, end of service, etc
- Handling employees' complains
- Visiting the RO office once a week or as required to meet with employees and providing the required services and answering their questions.
**Requirements/ Qualifications**:
- Saudi National
- Should have strong knowledge of Saudi Labor law, GOSI, Qiwa, MOL system, Muqeem system and other Government Agencies related to HR
- Bachelor degree or diploma in HR, Management, MIS
- 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
- Attention to details, organization and time management skills
- Fluent English, Native Arabic
