We are seeking an experienced and driven Country Lead for our AWS CoE to support and expand our presence in the **KSA**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a strategic vision for establishing Noventiq's AWS CoE in the target country.
- Foster key relationships and drive high-impact engagements within the region.
- Own, lead, and execute the multi-year Strategic Plan with AWS at a country level.
- Ensure seamless alignment between HQ and regional CoE teams to drive exponential AWS revenue growth.
- Establish and grow the regional delivery centre for AWS.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top talent, including Business Development Managers, Pre-Sales Architects, and Engineers.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding quarterly targets for revenue, opportunities, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with AWS partners and customers.
- Present and communicate compelling solutions to senior management within client organizations and internal leadership.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- 7-10+ years of experience in technology sales (e.g., Security, Data Center Solutions, Analytics, DevOps).
- 5+ years of experience in people management.
- In-depth knowledge of public cloud solutions, preferably AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience within the AWS partner ecosystem is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve quota numbers year-on-year.
- Demonstrated experience presenting to executive-level decision-makers.
- A high-performing, entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to teamwork.
- Strong command of English, ability to explain technical staff to Technical & non-technical audience.
