**Your Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Organize, manage and controlling of all commercial activities related to projects and activities within Enterprise Services (ES) department to ensure achievement of business targets.
- Responsibility for country ES financial statements, budget and reporting.
- Being a reliable and knowledgeable commercial counterpart to the technical colleague leading ES business in the country.
- Being the commercial contact to our customers (co-ideation, alignment, presentations, preparation/presentation of offer, negotiations).
- Conduct bid calculation by collecting input from all stakeholders and align internal escalations and determine the bid budget required.
- Conduct risk & opportunity reviews for bids and respective calculation of risk contingency and opportunity values.
- Implementation of commercial requirements following internal guidelines (esp. Financial Reporting Guidelines and Project Management) and ensure strict adherence.
- Prepare and facilitate internal project approval process, esp. on financial topics.
- Ensure appropriate order booking and preparation of respective accounting memo.
- Ensure close collaboration with Commercial Project Managers assigned on ES project execution.
- Ensure close collaboration with key stakeholders in ES business from global and regional headquarters.
- Ensure Risk
- and Internal Control guidelines will be followed.
- Producing monthly/quarterly and ad-hoc management reports.
- Facilitate regular project reviews.
- Provide new order and revenue forecast and ensures proper mitigation strategy to reach targets.

**Your Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration or related
- Excellent English Language is Required, Arabic is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role is a must
- Healthcare Experience is an asset
- Bid management & Commercial project management experience is a must
- Saudi applicants are preferred but other nationalities are welcome to apply
