The Support Manager is responsible for overseeing the team tasks, ensuring team's following
the SLA, bringing solutions to any future Incidents, preparing daily reports for the Department
Head, and Manage the team's KPI.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Support team.
- Provide Team performance Daily Report.
- Communicate Tableau Report with Data Operation team.
- Support the team when needed.
- Manage the Devices Stock inventory solution and reports.
- Prepare and support the Department overall reports.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
1. Bachelor Degree in IT, Data Analysis, or a Relevant degree.
2. Minimum of 3 years Experience Data analysis and Management.
3. Excellent experience in Microsoft Office tools.
