**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
2. Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
3. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
5. Maintain organized filing systems and ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
6. Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and agenda preparation.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Secretary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- English Proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
