**Overview**:
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) KSA is the leading provider of integrated facilities and real estate management services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our team of experts delivers innovative solutions to optimize the performance, efficiency, and value of our clients' real estate assets. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Administrator to join our team.
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all facilities-related expenses, including budget tracking, invoicing, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of facilities-related data, including maintenance requests, work orders, and service contracts.
- Assist with document management, including filing, scanning, and archiving.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Facilities Management team.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on facilities-related activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management or related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of facilities management software is a plus.
