We are expanding globally and to support our exponential growth, we’re looking for a **Front Desk Guest Experience Specialist.** The Front Desk Guest Experience Specialist will be directly responsible for achieving outstanding guest experience through greeting and assisting guests within the buildings. This role will be an extension of our remote guest experience team, taking ownership of issues and ensuring they are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
**At Stella Stays, you will**:
- Greet & assist guests on site responding to our guests needs during the booking process, pre-stay, during their stay, and post-stay
- Be the face of Stella Stays, and make a memorable first impression on our guests, and all internal and external partners
- Guide and support guests through the digital experience as needed, ensuring seamless check in/check out process
- Hospitality Elevation - Guest Gifts, VIP Guests, Personalized Touches
- Deliver a world-class and personalized hospitality experience in our properties, making our guests come back time after time
- Gain an intimate knowledge of buildings or units that fall within your responsibility
- Proactively inspect units as required and deliver supplies to ensure a consistent guest experience
- Assisting in reservations as needed and add-on sales by closing lead opportunities
- Proactively respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues in a timely and positive manner
- Ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of both guest-facing and back of house working spaces including lobbies, and others common areas, as assigned
- Build and maintain positive relationships with building staff and vendors
- Maintain company culture by having an upbeat and open attitude
- Attend weekly team meetings

- Not afraid of rolling up your sleeves
- Comfortable working cross-functionally to make the city successful
- Ability to work effectively both in a team environment as well as independently
