Senior Fs Resource Delegations and Admin Team Lead

**A Snapshot of Your Day**
As a Senior Team Lead for Field Service Resources delegation and Admin works, you will be responsible on leading back-office administration team in Service Operations Department to supervise administrative team of FS Service Operations Department including Resource Management (Dispatch & Resource allocation including Mob & Demobilization) for the assigned Project Sites and update in Salesforce Lightning and creating Work order and Service Appointment for project Events.
**How You’ll Make an Impact?
- For this role you will maintain optimum interaction with Service Operations Head, FS Operations Managers, Planning manager ,Site leaders, Project Managers and Service Engineering department
- in addition to customer representatives - Ensuring that all project related activities are planned and executed in accordance with Siemens Energy Quality and EHS standard procedures and the relevant project documentation.
- Arrange Travel for all FS resources to Siemens-Energy customer power plants throughout KSA and abroad to perform maintenance, repair, and modifications of large steam and gas turbine generators and related equipment.
- Managing and Clearing expenses of mechanical/electrical maintenance crews ranging in size from 150-180 HC.
- Provide to the field Service Team in Saudi Projects Approved and secured Accommodation and Transportation including related PO process and amendments through Eform & Invoicing,
- Follow up on the Onboarding and offboarding of resource Delegation for onshore and offshore SE resources for international assignments and use BeReady and BTAT and follow up to issue PATAC.
- Coordinate HR-related requests including the CARL & AskHR and report work injuries and arranging employees’ training and development process.
- Arrange the team meetings and workshops for the Service operation department & PM Team.
- Provide TFA Business & temporary work Visa arrangements With the extension of the visa, coordinating with visa delegation center in All region ,
- Managing Service operation department yearly vacation plan of (Central) employees.
- Managing and supporting (Central & Disturbed) in Purchase Order through (SAP ARIBA) and all the back office administrative activities.
- Issuance and extension of 3rd Party Resources services agreements with 3rd Party resource request to support SE Projects and attestation from Ajeer portal.
- Be part of the Emergency Preparedness Arrangements on behalf of the Service Operation Team in alignment with location EHS and support the Zero Harm Implementations and to arrange the Field Service PPE’s
- Providing FS team support in preparing safety programs, and procedures intended to keep personnel safe and maintain a safe work environment. This includes but is not limited to use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and pre-job safety briefs or risk assessments according to Siemens Energy EHS Guidelines
**What You Bring?**
- Minimum10-15 years of experience in similar role preferred within Siemens Energy Potential to lead small team of back-office admin team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business administration.
- You should expect to work additional overtime in Weekends to support 24/7 operations activities at sites.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Microsoft office experience.
- Ability to work under pressure.
