Sales Supervisor

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Ensure sales target are met monthly and product category wise
- Prepare and formulate a complete strategy for country-wise sales in order to achieve and exceed the yearly target
- Establish network of dealerships and project contractors
- Be able to single-handedly develop the KSA client base without having a full team of sales executives in the initial first year, bringing orders on container-load basis.
- To be very cost effective and scrutinize any spending.
- Recommend any change in strategy within the 12 months to ensure focus is on the right path to succeed in target achievement irrespective of market conditions.
- Ensure timely advice is given to customers about new product introduction, ensuring that samples and pricing details are accepted, and that orders are obtained thereafter.
- Ensure general pricing meets the market expectations and if not, to formally recommend to Management a broad spectrum of price bands required product category-wise.
**Qualifications**
- Male; age between 35-45 year's old
- Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing
- **Analytical and with proven track record in achieving sales targets from a reputable PAINT MANUFACTURING or related chemical company**:
- Experience in establishing and maintaining dealer network
- Strong track record in market research and competitor analysis and take the necessary action accordingly
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Someone inspired to work hard, self-motivated, able to handle pressure, and is trained to achieve deliverables.
- Experience in market development
- **Fluent in ARABIC and English**:
- **with valid KSA driving license**
