Uniphore, the global leader in Conversational Service Automation, is seeking a
**Channel Sales Director **responsible for managing the sales of our conversational AI platform through critical resellers partners covering middle-east market based in Saudi Arabia. With a proven track recording of selling SaaS business, this role will be responsible for setting the strategies, processes and metrics for selling through/with partners.

In this position, you will generate new business through building a reseller and referral partner network in SI, BPO and ITES companies which are focused on contact centers, CX and automation. You will work with the CX / Contact Center Automation experts and a hands-on business leader responsible for executing on all aspects of the business relationship with each partner including recruiting, qualifying, onboarding, selling “through the partner” and “to the partner”, pipeline reporting, win/loss reporting. You will also carry a dollar sales target.
- You need to be a highly motivated team player with deep expertise working in a contact centers, conversational AI, automation, RPA and a flair for fast paced, cross-functional work environment. You should have the ability to establish broad senior level relationships. You should have a proven track record delivering results and getting things done. You should have deep relationships with the most strategic channels: Contact Center resellers, SI and BPOs and strong relationship with the customers at the senior levels, have strong business acumen, with the ability to make a notable impact within your first 90 days. You should be able to effectively communicate and build relationships with partners and customers sales and build rapid solid sales pipeline with strategic sales partners and lead opportunities towards closure.
- Key to the position is effective collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including product development, product marketing, direct sales, alliances, marketing, legal,
- operations. You will need to maintain a deep understanding of Uniphore technology offerings and articulate Uniphore’s propositions to channel partners and corporate enterprise clients. This individual will hold the accountability for achieving and exceeding the sales targets. This is a key and strategic role that requires a balance of strategy with a strong roll-up your sleeves and 'get it done' mentality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish productive relationships with key partners
- Recruit new strategic partners across Middle-East region
- Manage the sales cycle along with the partners for the key customers
- Build direct relationship with the key decision makers from the customer side for the key opportunities to ensure sales execution excellence and support the customers and partners where required.
- Deliver comprehensive sales strategy and execution of existing and new reseller partnerships
- Build soft commit sales targets with strategic partners and break it down into measurable weekly tactical activities and goals
- Build weekly cadence with the strategic partners to ensure targets retirements is on track.
- Build playbook, processes, trainings and incentive programs to proper enable partners to sell on our behalf
- Track, report and enhance the performance of partnerships, by identifying issues as they arise, and provide executable solutions.
- Collaborate with Customer Care and Solution Architect Leads to enable and support partners
- Evaluate the financial and non-financial benefits/risk of new partnerships
- Responsible for quota and pipeline forecast for all partners
- Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements
- Evaluates effectiveness of partner programs and improves upon them
- Achieves assigned sales quota in designated partner accounts.
- Completes partner account plans that meet company standards.
- Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities
- Be the voice of our partners: Provide feedbacks to internal leadership teams in a timely manner
- Willingness to travel up 25-50% of the time
