**_What will you do?_**
- Work alongside sales teams to design and customize physical security solutions that align with client requirements, considering factors like scalability, integration, and compliance.
- Provide pre-sales technical support, including demos, technical presentations, and customer consultations to showcase the value of our security solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest in physical security technology and offerings, with a focus on evolving customer requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure the solutions proposed are robust and up to date.
- Maintain strong connections with the partners, ensuring regularly meetings to foster the best relationships with key pre-sales engineers.
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets through successful solution design, partner enablement, and alignment with sales teams to close deals.
- Conduct training sessions for sales teams and clients, enhancing their understanding of physical security solutions.

**_ Which Talent do you bring?_**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as IT, Security, or Engineering.
- experience in physical security pre-sales, security systems integration, or a related field. Knowledge of surveillance, access control, and related technologies is essential.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing physical security solutions; familiarity with relevant software and tools.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences.
- Familiarity with Milestone, Axis, Pelco, Aviglon, ISS, VMS platforms, and security storage solutions with Dell, including parameter storage calculations.
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems for activity tracking and reporting.
