**Job Scope**:
As a Learning & Development (L&D) Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees. Your primary responsibilities include creating and executing learning strategies, designing e-learning courses, and assessing the effectiveness of development initiatives. Strong communication, project management, and budgeting skills are essential for success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Learning Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement effective learning strategies and programs.
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
- Implement various learning methods across the organization (such as coaching, job-shadowing, and online training).

**2.** **Course Design and Delivery**:

- Design and deliver engaging e-learning courses, workshops, and other training sessions.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees maximize learning opportunities.

**3.** **Budget Management**:

- Maintain budgets related to learning and development initiatives.
- Manage relationships with vendors and consultants.

**4.** **Career Development Support**:

- Work closely with employees and managers to support career growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering e-learning courses.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of effective learning methods and best practices.

**Salary**: ﷼24,000.00 - ﷼32,000.00 per month
