**The Role**
- Reports to: HR Manager
- Level: Junior
- Portfolio/ Events: Support Function
- Location: Riyadh

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in maintaining personnel files and company records, which includes data entry managing e-records as well as management systems and filing.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Familiar with Quwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad and the Ministry of HR portal.
- Input data in SAP HR & other databases to assist in record maintenance.
- Supporting HR Manager in developing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Support in managing different government platforms.
- Using MS Office to create and maintain documents and records.
- Compiling and tracking information for reporting purposes.
- Provide administrative support as and when required for short term projects.

**Qualifications**:

- This role is only opened for a Saudi National.
- Bachelor's degree (preferably) in HR/Business administration.
- Experience within a HR administration role and environment.
- Speaks and writes clearly and fluently in English to both individuals and groups.
- Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Desired**:

- Preferably with knowledge of SAP HR
- Related industry/event knowledge
