HR Assistant

Qualifications Summary:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
- Possesses 1 to 2 years of experience in HR within the KSA
- Proficient in English and Arabic (required), with Hindi skills considered advantageous
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in MS Excel
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Payroll and Incentive Calculation:
Effectively handle payroll processing in line with Saudi labour laws, accurately determine incentives and bonuses according to established criteria and local regulations, and maintain compliance with both legal standards and company policies.
2. HR Reporting:
Produce routine HR reports to track essential metrics like attendance, turnover rates, and demographic trends, analyse HR data to offer strategic insights, and create tailored reports to aid in management decision-making.
3. HR System Maintenance:
Ensure the accuracy of employee records and compliance with local regulations by maintaining and updating HR databases and systems, and uphold confidentiality and security of HR data in accordance with Saudi data protection laws.
4. Attendance Management:
Oversee employee attendance, including managing leave requests, vacations, and absences in compliance with Saudi labour laws, promptly and accurately address attendance-related inquiries, and produce attendance reports for management review and payroll processing

Coordinate and track employee vacation requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and local laws, maintain accurate records of vacation balances and entitlements for all employees, and offer assistance and guidance regarding vacation policies and procedures
7. Ticket Booking:
Arrange employee travel, booking flights, accommodations, and transportation as needed, collaborate with travel agencies or online platforms to find cost-effective options, and ensure compliance with company travel policies and budgets.
8. HR Generalist Duties:
Deliver robust assistance in employee relations, new hire orientations, handling daily HR inquiries, and contributing to various HR projects and initiatives
