Qualifying incoming leads.
Providing consultation services to small to mid-size merchants.
Handle simple negotiations from lead building to close and track progress within CRM.
Manages the on-boarding journey of the small to medium merchants to ensure a streamlined process by providing quality assistance services, liaising with other internal teams and sharing merchants feedback to constantly enhance the merchant experience.
